Please note that course fees must be paid in full prior to the course starting date. Your enrolment will only be confirmed after payment has been received.
For our group classes, please note that The Language Hub reserves the right to reduce the number of course hours if the minimum number of participants (5) is not met. Rest assured, we guarantee that the full program will still be covered. In the unlikely event that a course needs to be cancelled, students will be refunded promptly.
Typically, we aim for an average class size of 5 or 6 students, with a maximum of 10 students per class. Fees are not refundable under any circumstances once the course has started therefore we ask students to please consider their personal commitments and circumstances before enrolment.
For private lessons: To ensure that our classes run smoothly and efficiently, we kindly request that students provide at least 24 hours notice in the event of a cancellation. Failure to do so will result in the full fee being charged.
Please note that our classes are sold in packages of a minimum of 5 hours and have a validity period of 7 weeks from the commencement of the first class. However, if you find yourself in an extreme circumstance and are unable to attend a class, please contact our reception prior to the commencement of the lesson. We will consider exceptions on a case-by-case basis.
